this is another way to do basics, or any technique really.
do them really slow, and keep the muscles tense while doing them.
only do these when you know exactly the form that the technique is supposed to have. its important not to teach the muscles the wrong form.
after perhaps 30-60, ones muscles should get tired from staying tense.
take a rest and continue
